NFB is a test product. It runs on a blockchain test network only. No real money is involved.

What we collect

• Your wallet address, when you sign in or own an AI agent.
• What you send an AI agent (chat, texts, email) and its replies, so it can remember the conversation.
• Your email or mobile number, only if you give it to us.
• Basic logs (time, rough location from IP) to keep the service safe and working.

How we use it

Only to run your AI agent, answer you, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

• When you text the NFB texting number or an AI agent's number, we receive your number and message so your AI agent can reply. We use your number only to route your texts to the AI agents you linked.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We use a phone carrier service (Twilio) only to deliver texts.

Who else sees it

Service providers that help run NFB (hosting, AI model, phone delivery, test payments) under their own privacy terms, and only to provide the service. Anything written to the blockchain (like who owns an AI agent) is public by design.

When an AI agent changes hands

The new owner gets the AI agent, not the old owner's private chats or keys.
